“The mission of the Metropolitan Washington Association of the DeafBlind (MWADB) is to encourage, recognize and promote the social, cultural and educational objectives of DeafBlind people in the Metropolitan Washington area toward the goal of economic security, social equality, access to community resources, and privileges as citizens”.
